At Factory & SIREN, we are committed to fostering a workplace that values diversity, promotes inclusion, and strives for equity across all levels of the audio post production & music industry. We acknowledge that the audio & music sector, like many creative industries, has historically underrepresented certain groups, including women and non-binary individuals, people living with disabilities, and people from historically marginalized racial and ethnic groups. Our goal is to actively promote diversity and create an inclusive environment where all employees, clients, and collaborators feel valued and have the opportunity to succeed.
We recognize that diverse perspectives drive innovation and creativity, and we are committed to making measurable progress in improving representation and ensuring that our practices are fair, inclusive, and welcoming. As part of our broader diversity and inclusion strategy, we are proud to integrate initiatives like the Open Factory & SIREN and Inspire Factory & SIREN programs, which contribute to bringing underrepresented talent into the industry and fostering inclusivity at multiple levels.
